The Inspection

The inspection process is intended to provide our clients with an informed, thorough and specific evaluation of the condition of the home, it's systems and components.  A typical inspection will take about 3 hours on site. That would include some time to discuss the findings with the clients. Clients are not required to be present, however we encourage them to be present for the final hour so we can discuss our findings and answer any questions or concerns.  A field report will be given upon completion followed by a full written report.
